Taxi Cab Yellow Convertible. Parked on public road with no State Tags. Been there for many days … At times a man has been scene swapping Florida Dealer plates on it with a Honda SUV and then driving off with the vehicle … then returning and placing the florida dealer plate tags back on the Honda SUV…
